5. Set up the multi-user

  • First of all, you have to open the Multiuser folder.
  • Now move the QuickBooks Server icon to the Applications folder.
  • And also add the User-added image.
  • Whenever you are prompted, then select Authenticate to modify the Applications folder.
  • And then enter the Admin username and password.
  • Launch QuickBooks and open your company file.
  • From the File menu, then select Enable Multi-user Mode to share your company file.
