Wrexham AFC, the famous football team from Wales, is currently on an exhilarating tour of the US, capturing the hearts of football fans wherever they go. Some of the team from the Atlanta offices of UK/US outsourced communications company, Moneypenny, especially those who originate from the company’s UK headquarters in Wrexham, were lucky to attend and thoroughly enjoyed watching Wrexham AFC play London-based club, Chelsea FC, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The two teams hadn’t played each other since 1982, and Chelsea won the match with a score of 5 - 0. 

Ela Bayraktar, Marketing Manager at Moneypenny USA, grew up in Wrexham, working at the company’s Wrexham UK headquarters before moving to the business' US headquarters in Duluth. Ela attended the match and commented: "I was so excited to hear that we would be welcoming my home team, Wrexham AFC, while the team is on their summer tour.
